When dealing with a tiny bathroom, there are three bathroom design tricks you can incorporate to get the necessary space you may need.
Small Bathroom Design Tricks: Trick #1
Use your vertical space. Whether that is the space above your toilet, above your door, or above the light switch – find some wall space! Once you find the vertical space, use items such as floating shelves, baskets, or bins. Spice racks work great in a bathroom to contain all of your bathroom accessories. A wine rack is also a great way to store towels using your vertical space.
Small Bathroom Design Tricks: Trick #2
There is often hidden space that can be found in between the studs of your wall! Although this takes a bit of work, it can create a built-in shelf that can be a real game-changer in your tiny bathroom. Create built in shelves by removing the drywall in between the studs. In most tiny bathroom, you can get roughly 5-6 shelves (depending on the height you desire). If you can, go from the floor to the ceiling to maximize your newly created space.
Small Bathroom Design Tricks: Trick #3
When counter space is at a premium, use a tiered stands (like a tiered cake plate or plant stand) to house your bathroom necessities. While there are some basic plates and stands, you can really glam up your space with some very decorative and pretty stands!
